Hudson Valley Community College To Offer Grant Writing Workshop

Hudson Valley Community College will offer a grant writing workshop on
Wednesday, March 27 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. that will cover the basics of how to
write a grant proposal and where to look for funding. Workshop participants will
learn how to present their ideas in a practical and professional manner.
The workshop will be led by John Kucij, director of the college's Workforce
Development Insititute. In addition to his work on behalf of the Workforce
Development Institute, Kucij has written successful grants for the Boys and
Girls Club of Schenectady and the African Center of the Capital District, Inc.
He also has served on the grants review committee of the Schenectady City School
