||Edward Tick, Ph.D., is an expert on post-traumatic stress disorder. A practicing psychotherapist for more than 25 years, he is an internationally recognized authority on the psychological, spiritual, historical, and cultural aspects of war in the healing of PTSD. Dr. Tick specializes in transformational work with war veterans and all survivors of severe trauma, including sexual and substance abuse victims, those with acute mental and emotional disorders, and those in need of deep psycho-spiritual healing.

Echoes: A Return to Vietnam, Part I – Panel Discussion
Dr. Ed Tick, a leading authority on post-traumatic stress disorder and author of the award-winning book, “War and the Soul,” will lead his eighth healing journey to Vietnam in mid-October. Accompanying him will be veterans, family members, interested citizens and Hudson Valley faculty member John Ostwald. In this pre-trip presentation, Dr. Tick will facilitate a discussion with members of this group concerning their thoughts, apprehensions, and feelings about going to Vietnam. A follow-up presentation will occur in the spring.
