Local high school seniors will put their automotive skills to the test as they diagnose and repair vehicles set up with specific mechanical problems under a set time limit. Winners of the competition will receive scholarship money and an all-expenses paid trip to New York City to compete in the national finals from April 9 through 12, 2007. The competition is sponsored by ENYCAR, a trade association representing 95 new car dealers in upstate New York.
||Enter the Hudson Valley Community College campus via South Road (the entrance across from the Country Grove restaurant). Follow South Road and take a left into the parking lot just past the Joseph L. Bruno stadium. Cogan Hall is the furthest building, so park near the south end of the football field. Enter Cogan Hall through the double doors and walk straight back to the automotive lab.
