||Viking Video Technologies, a full-service video and communications production house based at Hudson Valley Community College, and International Medical Programs, an Albany-based organization that delivers state-of-the-art medical information to doctors around the world.
||Working on behalf of International Medical Programs, Viking Video Technologies will transmit a program on congestive heart failure featuring three panels of physicians from the United States and Warsaw and Krakow, Poland, to more than 400 physicians in Warsaw, Krakow and Ustron, Poland.

The unique program is part of a federal budget allocation from the Department of Defense and secured by U.S. Representatives Michael McNulty and John Sweeney to explore the best ways to disseminate continuing education to medical professionals around the world. The program will explore new technologies and the treatment of congestive heart failure.
