Microsoft Office for Mobile Devices

Microsoft Office 2016 is available to all current students, staff and faculty and may be installed on up to 5 personal devices.

Before Installing:

• Devices with Office 365 ProPlus installed must connect to the internet at least once every 30 days for automatic license re-activation.

Apple iOS (iPhone, iPad) Installation

1. Open the App Store on your IOS device and search "Microsoft Office" or the specific application (for example: "Microsoft Excel") in the search bar.
2. From here, you can download Microsoft's mobile versions of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, One Note and/or Outlook.
3. Once installed, tap any Office app to open. Swipe through the introduction, and tap Sign In. From there, use your college email address and password to log in.

Note: After you complete the sign in process on one of the Office apps, your account and the OneDrive for Business service is automatically added to the other Office apps installed on your iPhone or iPad.

Android Installation

1. Open the Play Store on your Android device and search "Microsoft Office" or the specific application (for example: "Microsoft Excel") in the search bar.
2. From here, you can download Microsoft's mobile versions of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, One Note and/or Outlook by tapping on the application then tapping "Install" to begin the download.
   Note: Due to the size of the application, it is recommended to download while connected to Wi-Fi.
3. Once installed, tap any Office app to open. Swipe through the introduction, and tap Sign In. From there, use your college email address and password to log in.
