Electives

Physical Education elective courses are open to all students and there is no additional tuition for full-time students. Whether you are looking to develop or improve lifetime activities (golf, racquetball, tennis, etc.), trying to tone up (weight training, aerobic dancercise, aerobic boxing, etc.), or seeking to build self-esteem and develop team-building skills (adventure), Hudson Valley's Health, Physical Education and Exercise Studies Department has an activity class for you.

If you have been issued an AVN number, you may add a physical education elective online through WIReD. Otherwise, please contact your advisor to make an appointment to schedule a physical education elective as soon as possible.
