Heritage Society Inducts New Members
Five individuals recognized for making planned gifts

At the annual Heritage Society Dinner held in October 2008, the college’s Foundation inducted five individuals into the ranks of its planned giving society.  Recognized at the event were Roger Champagne, a former Business Administration faculty member; Sam Fantroy, a member of the class of 1964; Robert Ralbovsky, a member of the class of 1966; Robert Turner, a member of the class of 1967; and Gordon Zuckerman, a member of the class of 1962 and officer on the college Foundation’s board of directors.

The Heritage Society was established to recognize and honor donors who have generously provided, or plan to provide, gifts to the college through bequests, trusts, and other life income gifts. As a testimony of their gratitude, members are dedicated to building our campus, advancing our academic programs, and generally making a difference for future generations of students.

Others interested in joining the Heritage Society should contact the Foundation at at (518) 629-8012 or by e-mail at foundation@hvcc.edu. General information about the society may also be found at www.hvcc.edu/foundation/plannedgiving.
