MELT Away Pain
The MELT method is a self-treatment that can address the cause of pain, enhance the healing process and erase the negative effects of aging and stressful living. It actually stimulates the results of manual therapy to bring your body back to a more ideal state by directly enhancing your postural awareness, rehydrating your connective tissue, and calming your autonomic nervous system. You will use small, non-toxic balls specifically designed to perform specific techniques to create global, lasting changes in your body. The first time you MELT, you will see and feel a difference – and over time, you can transform how your body looks and feels. Learn this powerful self-treatment method from a certified MELT instructor who has seen much success in her patients' ability to independently regain pain-free posture and movement. The MELT method has appeared on shows hosted by Dr. Oz and Rachel Ray.

Using Biofeedback To Successfully Manage Health, Relationship and Weight Loss Challenges
Relationships and work can be so difficult, and yet, many of us have been taught no skills with which to cope with these challenges. That's why so many people experience stress-related health disorders and resort to substance abuse or overeating to self soothe. However, there is a very real hope to permanently end this cycle through learning the skill of biofeedback. We filter the world around us through our body's nervous system, and when we learn how to stay in command of our own nervous system through biofeedback, we gain mastery in all other parts of our life as well. We learn to stay in our brain's "control center," which provides us the unwavering clarity to make appropriate health choices, relationship responses and food choices. This class will introduce you to basic biofeedback concepts that will teach you how learning about your own nervous system will accelerate your ability to make permanent positive changes in your life.
