The Hudson Valley Community College (7-6) men's basketball team dropped its third straight game with a 92-90 loss at Fulton-Montgomery Community College.

Derell Thomas finished with a game-high 32 points for Fulton-Montgomery and hit the game-winner at the buzzer in overtime.

Sophomore Khylan Hunt (Saratoga Springs/Saratoga Springs High School) paced Hudson Valley with 31 points and 15 rebounds. Sophomore Larry Tape (Syracuse/Cicero-North Syracuse High School) added 21 points and 12 boards and freshman guard Lee McCarthy (Green Island/Heatly High School) added 15 points and 11 assists.

Hudson Valley (90): Sean Jackson 1-0-2, Joe Adiefe 1-0-2, Lee McCarthy 7-0-15, Mike Canape 6-1-13, Kevin Goutos 3-0-6, Khylan Hunt 14-3-31, Larry Tape 10-1-21, Totals: 42-5-90.

Fulton-Montgomery (92): Powell 2-0-4, Wolcott 1-7-9, Fukhui 4-0-12, D. Thomas 9-12-32, J. Thomas 7-2-16, Smith 1-0-2, Leaver 8-1-17, Totals: 32-22-92.
