Student and Faculty MemberKeeping Track of Your Progress as You Complete Your Degree

As a student, it is your responsibility to understand and track your academic progress.

  • Be knowledgeable of the degree or certificate you are enrolled in and its requirements.

  • Obtain the degree progress worksheets for your program from the Advisement Center.

  • Access your degree or certificate evaluation or transcript each semester and update your degree progress worksheet with grades and completed courses.

  • Never enroll in classes without first receiving approval from an advisor, even if the course is outlined in the worksheet.

  • Any discrepancies in the degree or certificate evaluation/transcript should be brought to the attention of your advisor immediately so as not to delay graduation.

  • Follow up with your advisor on a regular basis with questions and concerns.
