Capital District Educational Opportunity Center Hosts Virtual Graduation Ceremony

What: The Capital District Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) will celebrate its 2020 graduates with a virtual ceremony.

Who: 250+ graduates, their families and friends, and the community are invited to participate.
