New \"Real Property Law\" Course\'s Offered in Fall 2001 at Hudson Valley Community College

Hudson Valley Community College will begin offering a three-credit course in \"Real Property Law\" during the fall semester.
The course will cover the basic principles of real property law, with a focus on rights and interests in real property and the conveyance of those rights and interests. Contracts, mortgages, title searches, deeds and leases will be reviewed. The course will include an in-depth look at the closing process with an examination of the necessary documents to complete the mortgage transaction and transfer of title.
