Hudson Valley Community College Sets Information Sessions for Medical Transcription and Medical Billing and Coding Training

Interested in entering the medical or legal assistant field? This fall, Hudson Valley Community College's Workforce Development Institute will offer a series of non-credit courses in medical transcription, billing and coding, and working as a medical or legal assistant.
To learn more about these courses, attend information sessions that will be held from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1, and Thursday, Nov. 10, at Hudson Valley Community College's Bulmer Telecommunications Center, or 5 to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 8, at Hudson Valley's Albany Extension Center, 175 Central Avenue.
Courses are open to anyone interested in working in a medical office as an administrative assistant or medical billing specialist, or working as a legal administrative assistant.
