Baseball in Rensselaer County Is Topic for Center for Creative Retirement Course

Hudson Valley Community College's Center for Creative Retirement will present "Root for the Home Team: Baseball in Rensselaer County," a three-session course that explores the rich history of "our national pastime" in Rensselaer County.
The program is offered in conjunction with the Rensselaer County Historical Society, which is currently displaying an exhibit of Rensselaer County baseball memorabilia. The course will be held Friday mornings from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., beginning May 13 and ending May 27.
