Hudson Valley Community College to Offer Ambulatory Care Management Class Online Next Semester

Hudson Valley Community College will offer a three-credit online course in Ambulatory Care Management during the Spring 2005 semester.

The course is ideal for those interested in careers in health care management. Ambulatory Care Management allows students to gain knowledge in a rapidly changing aspect of the health care environment, giving them the opportunity to learn about different ambulatory care settings, including physician offices, same day surgery centers, laboratories, mammography centers and x-ray facilities.

The college has a transfer agreement with SUNY Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome for a bachelor's degree in Health Care Management.
