Graduates will receive associate degree and certificates in more than 60 different programs in four schools: Business; Engineering and Industrial Technologies; Health Sciences; and Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Members of the Class of 2006 range in age from 18 to 66, and more than 350 students have graduated with honors, which means they achieved a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5 through the semester prior to graduation (the Fall 2005 semester, for those students graduating in May 2006).

Today’s graduates join the ranks of more than 60,000 Hudson Valley alumni, 80 percent of whom live in the Capital Region. Approximately half of those graduates will transfer to a four-year college or university; the remaining graduates will enter the workforce, pursuing careers in fields ranging from dental hygiene, nursing and chemical dependency counseling to law enforcement, accounting, and information technology.
