Registration Procedures and Tuition Waiver

Registration Procedures

The following information is provided to familiarize you with the registration procedures you should follow once you have received your approved tuition waiver from the Office of Human Resources.

If you have already scheduled your course(s):

  • Take your tuition waiver (original copy), bill and certificate of residence to the Cashier's Office. You will be responsible for payment of all fees to the Cashier at this time.

If you have not scheduled your course(s) and are a matriculated student:

  • See you advisor to schedule your course(s), then proceed to the Cashier's Office.

If you have not scheduled your course(s) and are non-matriculated:

  • Schedule your course(s) through the Office of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions or through the registration procedure listed in the Credit Evening bulletin, obtain your bill and proceed to the Cashier's Office.

Note: If you are taking more than five credits during one semester you will need to provide immunization records to the College Health Office before your bill can be printed.

Credit free courses are offered by both the Office of Community and Professional Education and the Workforce Development Institute. Please submit your approved tuition waiver to the responsible office for the course(s) you are enrolling in. Please include your home address and phone number. You are required to pay any non-tuition fees associated with your course(s) and this payment should be submitted with your tuition waiver. If you are unsure about whether a certificate of residence is required for your course(s), please contact the office offering the course.

PLEASE NOTE: Obtaining a tuition waiver does not reserve a seat in a credit or credit-free course. You must complete the registration process. Registrations are accepted on a first come-first serve basis.
