Hudson Valley Women's Soccer Defeats Adirondack

The Hudson Valley Community College women's soccer team improved its record to 6-4 on the season with a 6-1 win over Adirondack Community College (0-7) earlier today in Troy.

Sophomore Elizabeth O'Brien (Troy/Lansingburgh High School) scored two goals to lead the Lady Vikings. Sophomore Kim Etman (Grafton/Berlin High School) had one goal and one assist. The Lady Vikings also received goals from sophomores Candra Scott (Oneonta/Catholic Central High School) and Zenia Skalij (Castleton/Maple Hill High School), and freshman Alicia Kozilsky (Waterford/Waterford High School).

Freshman goalkeeper Kayla Froehlich (Loudonville/Shaker High School) made one save in net for Hudson Valley, which has won four of its last five games.
