Hudson Valley, Ranked Fifth In The Nation,
Rolls To 85-32 Win Against SUNY Canton

Troy, N.Y., November 10, 2001 – First Team All-American Lindsey Bradt (Bishop Maginn H.S.) and point guard Megan Davis (Greenwich H.S.) led the Lady Vikings to their fourth consecutive victory today. Bradt scored 25 points and pulled down 10 rebounds as Hudson Valley Community College defeated SUNY Canton, 85-32.

Bradt, who scored a school-record 40 points in Hudson Valley's opener against Finger Lakes Community College this season, also had three assists, two steals and two blocks. Davis, meanwhile, had eight points, 10 assists, seven rebounds and five steals.

Hudson Valley, ranked fifth in the nation among NJCAA Division III teams, is now 4-0 overall. The loss drops SUNY Canton to 0-2.

Meghan Squires (Hoosic Valley H.S.) added 14 points, seven rebounds, six blocks and four steals for the Lady Vikings. Gina Gorman (Watervliet H.S.), who, along with Bradt, Davis and Squires, had eight points.
