Lady Vikings Defeat Columbia-Greene

Sophomore guard Jocelyn Moy (Greenwich/Greenwich High School) finished three points shy of posting her first career double-double in leading the Hudson Valley Community College (5-7) women's basketball team to a 50-41 win over Columbia-Greene Community College (1-8) earlier today in Troy.

Moy, who is fourth on the college's all-time scoring list with 748 points, finished the game with seven points, 13 rebounds and a career-high 13 assists. She set up or scored all but four of Hudson Valley's 20 field goals.

Sophomore forward Elizabeth Ferenczy (Coxsackie/Coxsackie-Athens High School) was on the receiving end of several of Moy's passes, finishing the game with 14 points and nine boards.

Sophomore guard Latoya Watson (Catskill/Catskill High School) paced the Twins with 16 points.
