Women's Basketball Drops Regular Season Finale

The Hudson Valley Community College women's basketball team suffered a 59-53 setback to Fulton Montgomery Community College, the nation's fifth-ranked team, on Tuesday in Troy.

Hudson Valley completes the regular season with a 17-10 record and will find out its Region III tournament seeding on Sunday, February 22.

Meghan Davis finished with 23 points to lead Fulton-Montgomery.

Freshman guard Jocelyn Moy (Greenwich/Greenwich High School) scored 21 points to pace Hudson Valley. She currently has 473 points this season, which ranks fourth on the college's single-season scoring chart.

Sophomore forward Latrice Cowart (Severn, MD/Meade High School) contributed 12 points.
