Lady Vikings Defeats Adirondack 85-34

Hudson Valley Community College (16-8/14-6 Region III) rolled to an 85-34 win over Adirondack Community College (5-20) in women's basketball action earlier tonight in Troy. It is the seventh straight win for Hudson Valley.

Freshman guard Jocelyn Moy (Greenwich/Greenwich High School) finished with 25 points, nine assists and six steals to lead Hudson Valley. Sophomore forward Latrice Cowart (Severn, MD/Meade High School) had 14 points and 10 boards, and freshman guard Kate Collins (Troy/Tamarac High School) and sophomore forward Megan Baldwin (Glenmont/Bethlehem High School) added 12 points apiece. Baldwin also had six steals.

The Lady Vikings will return home on Thursday, February 12 to face SUNY Delhi. Tip-off is scheduled for 5 p.m.
