Tennis Defeats Delhi
Wintergerst and Nguyen Remain Perfect in Doubles Play

The Hudson Valley Community College (4-3) women's tennis team won its third match in its last four outings with a 6-3 win over SUNY Delhi on Tuesday.

Freshmen Kim Wintergerst (Glenville/Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School) and Mary Nguyen (Albany/Colonie High School) won, 8-4, at No. 1 doubles to improve their record to 7-0 on the season. Wintergerst and sophomore Desiray Cisar (Esperance/Schoharie High School) also won singles matches for the Lady Vikings.

Hudson Valley will host Herkimer County Community College at 4 p.m. on Thursday, September 30.
