Gilbert Francillon (Brooklyn) scored two goals, including the game-winner with 7:03 remaining in the second sudden-death overtime, to lead the SUNY Cobleskill (3-3-1) men's soccer team to a 2-1 victory over Hudson Valley Community College in Troy.

Francillon's game-winner was a header off a cross from Tom Wickham (Broadalbin).

The Vikings took a 1-0 lead early in the second half on a goal by freshman Sam Mallabar (Guilderland/Guilderland High School), before Francillon's goal tied the game with 23 minutes remaining.

Scott Bergen (Schenectady) had 11 saves in the win for Cobleskill. Nick Marciano (Colonie/Colonie High School) stopped seven shots for the Vikings.

Hudson Valley, which entered the game ranked 15th in the latest NJCAA Division III poll, will return to action when it hosts Clinton Community College at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 17.
