Emmanuel Marc Recognized for Setting Rushing Record

Hudson Valley Community College sophomore running back Emmanuel Marc (Spring Valley/Spring Valley High School) was recognized for establishing a new Hudson Valley career rushing record prior to Saturday's homecoming game against Canton.

Bob Jojo, Emmanuel Marc and Drew MarrochelloAthletic director Drew Marrochello and head coach Bob Jojo presented Marc with a ball from Hudson Valley's game against Dean in which Marc rushed for 268 yards and set the college's career rushing record with 1,968 yards. He surpassed Dennis Greene, who rushed for 1,724 yards from 1971 to 1972.

Marc responded to the presentation by rushing for 169 yards and one touchdown to lead the Vikings to a 24-0 win over Canton.
