Lady Vikings Rack Up Big Victory

Hudson Valley Community College's women's bowling
team scored a victory at the Schenectady County Community College Invitation on
Feb. 20. The Lady Vikings finished with a total of 3,307 pins, which, in
addition to beating the female competition, topped every men's team at the
The Lady Vikings' rollers averaged 220 per game, and
Marie Boomhower (Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk H.S.) led the way with a 280
high game and a 734 three-game series.
Hudson Valley now sits atop the Mountain Valley
Conference with a 5-0 record in league play.
Hudson Valley's men's team, meanwhile, finished tied
